Summary:
Applegreen US is looking for a team member to join our team at the Vince Lombardi service area.
We are looking for a team member to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea.
team member duties include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders.
To be successful in this role, you should have basic knowledge of how to make various types of beverages and be able to provide excellent customer service.
You should be able to work various shifts (including weekends).
Ultimately, you will ensure that our drinks are made quickly and efficiently and that customers are satisfied.

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea Recommendation-based sales Up-sell/Cross-sell special items Take orders using an iPad or computer system (e.

Web order system) Ensure that customers are satisfied with their order Maintain inventory Keep the front area clean and sanitized (including the countertop) Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Stay up-to-date with new menu items
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to work weekends (will train) Basic math skills Able to communicate effectively with customers (both in person and via phone or email) Able to take detailed instructions in English Job Types:
