Job Description:
We are hiring a 3rd Project Coordinator to help manage our projects from the initial phone call to the completed and invoiced job.
The Project Coordinator works with the assigned Sales Rep and the production team that will complete the job.
It is a fast paced environment for a high energy personality.
You will be trained by our 2 present Project Coordinators.
Job Responsibilities Include:
A PC will answer all phone calls, send estimates, schedule appointments for estimates and schedule job production with clients.
A PC deals with all of customer satisfaction pre and post work.
The job requires someone comfortable speaking and working with the many different parties involved with processing a job.
Multi Lingual Spanish/English staff in office position - Monday to Friday 7:
30 AM to 4 PM Also will answer after hours calls 24/7 on rotating basis - 1 week every 5 weeks About Us:
